a mix of strength training to include the core. This class

Training
Mixed circuits of cardio (treadmills, bikes, ellipticals sports
drills, etc) and strength (machines, free weights, tubing
your own body weight, etc) for a super challenging workout.

C.O.R.E
Core will engage all the muscles in your torso using Yoga
poses, Pilates, movement with the medicine ball, work on the
Bosu, and traditional abdominal exercises. (All fitness levels)

An intense hour long class that includes a combination of
plyometrics, cardio, sports training, strength exercises and
endurance training. (All fitness levels)
Pilates
Sculpt and tone your entire body with this low-impact
workout. Pilates will strengthen your core while elongating
your muscles.
Pre-Natal
Fitness
No matter how far along you are, we will tailor a program
to fit your needs! Pre-Natal Fitness is open to members and
non-members. You will meet with a personal trainer 24 times
during a 12 week period. Each week you will receive customized
workouts and nutritional consultations. Non-Members will also
receive a 12 week gym membership.
Race
Training
Lead by an instructor, groups will meet to run mapped courses
outdoors.
Spin
If you like a challenging cardio workout that will make you
sweat then Spin is for you! This class will take you through
an exciting workout all the way to the finish line.

Do you like Spin? Do you like Body Sculpt? Well then you’ll
love this class. Get the best of both worlds and burn tons

Tabata
A super intense class that combines strength and cardio intervals
and will blast your workout to another level. 20 sec work/10
sec rest intervals for 8 sets. (All fitness levels) (30 &
60 minute classes)
Tread
& Shed
An hour long class spent entirely on the treadmill filled
with hill-climbs, jogging through flat areas, and sprints.

Yoga
An hour long class using postures and stretches in combination
with breathing to develop strength, flexibility and relaxation.
This class is a great way to relieve stress after a long day.

Yogilates
Sculpt, tone, and elongate your muscles, increase your core
strength, improve your balance and flexibility and learn proper
breathing techniques with this perfect blend of Yoga and Pilates.
