Blast
An intense hour-long total body workout. This class will challenge
you with bursts of cardio drills alternating with strength training
moves to tone your entire body.
Boot
Camp
An intense combination of athletic cardio drills, dynamic stretching
and strength training. This class will surprise you with its ever
changing activities.
Mommy
and Me
Do you have new-born? Would you like to meet other moms with new
babies? Learn to workout with your new baby. Our instructor specializes
in helping new moms strengthen their core and regain their endurance.
Neighborhood
Walking
Lead by an instructor, groups will meet at the facility and briskly
walk three miles around the Churchill Neighborhood overlooking
the city of Richmond.
Pilates
Sculpt and tone your entire body with this low-impact
workout. Pilates will strengthen your core while elongating your
muscles.
Pre-Natal
Fitness
No matter how far along you are, we will tailor a program to fit
your needs! Pre-Natal Fitness is open to members and non-members.
You will meet with a personal trainer 24 times during a 12 week
period. Each week you will receive customized workouts and nutritional
consultations. Non-Members will also receive a 12 week gym membership.
Race
Training
Lead by an instructor, groups will meet to run mapped courses
outdoors.
Solid
Strength
A total body strength class. An ever-changing class that will
test your strength and will push you to the limit.
Spin
If you like a challenging cardio workout that will make you sweat
then Spin is for you! This class will take you through an exciting
workout all the way to the finish line.
Yoga
This class is for all levels. It is a mix of Hatha and Power Yoga.
The instructor will lead the class through a variety of poses
to strengthen and elongate the body. This is a great addition
to any workout regiment.
