Foods and Exercise from Virginia Tech. While at Virginia
Tech, Natalie competed as a division I athlete in tennis
and cross country. Due to this background, Natalie has
been interested in nutrition for many years. She has
experience counseling clients for weight loss, improved
performance, health concerns, and more. Natalie is excited
to help you meet your goals and live a balanced, healthy

These motivational classes are based around providing sound nutritional information and support to those considering a change in their current lifestyle. Group discussions are used to encourage ownership in changes, as well as address individual successes and set backs. Through discussion, a sense of support and positive reinforcement is established.
