Personal
training is the most effective way to safely reach your fitness
goals. Your life is busy and finding time to get in shape
is difficult; our professional trainers enable you to maximize
your workout. Every workout is customized to each of our clients.
We offer training programs for both men and women of all fitness
levels from novice to athlete. Personal training is safe,
productive, motivational and flexible. We have gathered together
some of Richmond's finest personal trainers to blend a variety
of training specialties: weight management, toning and sculpting,
pre/post natal, sports conditioning, nutritional structure
and muscle enhancement. In addition to being professionally
certified, all of our trainers are college educated and many
have master degrees in the health field.
The
initial personal training session is only $10 for first
time clients. Please contact personaltraining@richmondbalance.com

We
know that your life is busy. That is why Richmond Balance
is now offering online personal training. You will have customized
workout plans created for you. Our personal trainers will
be available to discuss nutrition and exercise over the telephone
and by email with you. This program is great for people that
need to add variety to their normal routine. Personal training
packages are available.

Look
your best in just 12 WEEKS! Bridal Boot Camp is open to members
and non-members. You will meet with a personal trainer 24
times during the 12 week period. The trainer will provide
beginning and ending fitness assessments as well as nutritional
consultations. Each week you will receive customized workouts.
Non-Members will also receive a 12 week gym membership. This
program is for the Groom too... You can train together or
seperately.

Our
personal trainers are available to come to your residence
to best fit your schedule. We recognize that life is hectic
and your schedule is tight. At home training can save you
time while providing you with a quality work out to help you
reach your health goals. |

can't believe it will be 2 years this July that I started
working with Thomas! Where does the time go! I was so nervous!
Most personal trainers come over as someone who totally judges
you at first sight, and thinks that they've got more than
their work cut out for them when they get someone, like me
at the time, who had a serious issue with my weight and my
whole being! Thomas was SO not that person! I quickly learned
that all trainers are NOT alike! I felt as if I was a normal
human, and was treated with such respect and kindness, which
in turn, caused me to want to be there and want to lose the
weight and inches! Don't let him fool you.....he's a great
guy, but he is there to see that you reach the goals you have
set for yourself, (notice I didn't say the goals he has set
for you), and he will work you hard! In my first 6 weeks,
I lost 12 pounds. 2 pounds a week may not sound like a lot,

wanted to send you in writing the good news about how working
out has lowered my blood pressure. Back in March my blood
pressure was continuouly high averaging 155/90. I then went
on blood pressure medication to help lower it. Since my sessions
with Thomas Robinson (who I think is a great trainer) since
August, my blood pressure has lowered and is not 120 / 80
and sometimes lower. My doctor took me off my medication last
