Build Your Own Fit Club

NO MEMBERSHIP REQUIRED

Fit Club is a fun yet intense way to get the professional guidance and motivation you need to succeed. With small groups of 2-4 people, participants work with a personal trainer for 4 weeks and focus strictly on their specific fitness goals. Your chosen trainer will help you keep and monitor a daily food log, personalize an effective work out plan, and be available via email 7 days a week for guidance. This time around you will be successful because you will have the benefit of a solid plan that is executed with professional help and guidance.

Don’t have a group? Email us and we’ll pair you with other participants with similar fitness goals!

Duration: 4 week training program
Frequency: Meet with your group and personal trainer 3 times per week for 4 weeks

Fit Club PT- $240.00 per person / 4 weeks

Fit Club Membership (includes PT and full access gym membership)- $280.00 per person / 4 weeks

This same amount of personal training purchased separately would cost over $600.00 per 4 weeks!

* Sign up for Fit Club to lose weight, put on muscle mass, increase strength, increase physical activity, balance and stability, or use it as your own personal Boot Camp Program. We will be sure to pair your group with the right personal trainer! *

RB Bootcamp is an intense 8 week program that welcomes all fitness levels. Classes are held outside, rain or shine. Each class will last 60 minutes and are geared toward individuals who are looking for more out of their normal fitness regimens. Expect a combination of plyometrics, intense cardio, sports training, strength exercises and endurance training. Be prepared as this program will test your physical limits and capabilities!


Look your best in just 12 WEEKS! Bridal Boot Camp is open to members and non-members. You will meet with a personal trainer 24 times during the 12 week period. The trainer will provide beginning and ending fitness assessments as well as nutritional consultations. Each week you will receive customized workouts. You had your baby, you have adjusted to your new lifestyle, and everything is running smoothly. Now you want your body back right? We are here to help! With our New Mommy Bootcamp you will work with your trainer and other new mommies who have the same goals and face the same challenges as you. Our New Mommy Bootcamp will keep you motivated and whip you back into shape in no time!
A full access gym membership is also included.

Join our certified instructors and other mommies-to-be for safe and effective training to include Yoga, Pilates, stretching, strengthening, relaxation, breathing, and more! A full access gym membership is also included.

We are pleased to announce that Richmond Balance will be training the Sports Backers Marathon Training Team and the Patrick Henry Half-Marathon Training Team. The goal of our training sessions will be to focus upon running-specific core muscles, leg strengthening, agility, and flexibility.

We hear from many of our clients that they would cook more healthy meals for their families if they only knew how. Our chefs will visit your home and teach you individually or in small groups the art of cooking lightly. It is a wonderful idea for a Holiday dinner party or to spice up dinner with your friends! The price varies dependent on class size.

Join us on our Excursion trips to add alternatives to your daily workouts. We partner with other local groups to introduce new activities to you. We plan corporate and individual trips for you. All trips can be customized to fit your needs. You can make requests of change the trips to make them more fun for you. A few of our trips are listed below.
