  • Saved content: articles you bookmark as favorites
  • Consent records: opt-in/opt-out status and timestamps

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Services, including the Balance Assessment and personalized routine recommendations

  • Assign and recommend personalized daily routines based on your assessment results

  • Manage your account, including saved assessments, active routines, and favorites
  • Measure engagement and improve content quality
  • Detect, prevent, and address security incidents and fraud

Email and SMS Communications

A) Email (CAN-SPAM)

If you opt in to email updates, we will send newsletters, weekly wellness tips, and personalized routine recommendations.

Unsubscribe: every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You may also opt out at any time by visiting our Unsubscribe page where you can unsubscribe from email and/or SMS communications.

B) SMS / Text Messages (TCPA/FCC compliance)

If you opt in to SMS, you may receive weekly wellness tips, routine recommendations, and promotional offers.

Google Sign-In and Account Data

When you sign in with Google, we receive your public profile information (name, email, profile picture). We use this information solely to:

  • Create and manage your Richmond Balance account
  • Display your name and avatar in the platform
  • Associate your assessments and routines with your account

We do not access your Google contacts, calendar, or any data beyond basic profile information.

Balance Assessment and Routine Data

  • Your assessment responses and Balance Scores are stored in your account and visible only to you
  • Routine tracking data (daily check-ins) is private to your account
  • We do not share your individual wellness data with other users, employers, or insurance companies
  • You can delete your assessment history and routine data from your profile at any time

Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described, including:

  • Delivering subscriptions and providing the Services
  • Maintaining your account, assessments, and routine tracking
  • Security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance

If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
