Rachel Torres is a Registered Dietitian (RD) and the Lead Nutritionist at Richmond Balance. With a decade of clinical practice and a passion for anti-diet nutrition, Rachel helps women build a healthy relationship with food that's rooted in nourishment — not punishment.
Background
Rachel earned her Master's in Nutrition Science from Tufts University and completed her dietetic internship at Massachusetts General Hospital. Growing up in a Mexican-American household in Texas, food was love — and she carries that warmth into her practice. She's worked with eating disorder recovery patients, prenatal nutrition, and busy working moms.
